Hope you consider yourself a part of the global village. Anyways, I dont have an agenda to pull you or US down. You sure seem to run up balances on a number of credit cards. First BOA and now Chase. Maybe you should try to live wtihin your means. Rockerchic, the banks can get orders freezing your bank accounts or garnishing your wages. Maybe you should try to live within your means instead of blaming the banks for your immaturity.

on tactic I’ve employed is doing some dirt digging on each corporation i decide to break ties with, or otherwise need to confront. i overwhelm the customer service rep with the evils done to bring them a paycheck, and ask them if they mind making money from a company that funds murderous dictators, for example (not naming company here). i’ve lectured many a teller or bank manager on the evils of their bank, and i let them know tht if they give me grief, i’ll return with flyers. humiliation!
@bshays1974 your a dumbshit ,.. the problem isnt paying the debts, it’s them now demanding more then the orginal agreement . it’s like me saying to you ,.. ok you can borrow 20 dollars from me and you pay me back 25 ,.. then when you have paid 15 dollars saying i changed my mind you will pay me 30 dollars,.. compound this issue by no jobs and a devaluation of your income and ya end up with people that revolt. mistreat even the most docile person long enough they will turn into a rebel ….

The best solution is to completely stay out of debt. Credit cards are one of the biggest scams going. They get your debt up and then jack up your rate. This should be illegal.

more power to you, my chase card owes me $15.00 and I have always paid my charges as soon as they are posted, now chase has lowered my credit limit to $500. To raise my limit they wanted me to reapply I told them I would but with my credit union. had Been with wamu for more than 25yrs. not anymore, people we have the hammer lets nail them.
