The Rush Card is a very good program for people who have hurt their credit, The fees are High but the card can help.

I like Russell but this debit card venture is weak and me and my friends joke about it all the time.PLUS! you can buy these cheap hidden fee prepaid cards at a gas station. oh maybe you a want a baby phat or phat farm logo? fall back., me having control over my money is more important than logo and name

The reason things like this exist is because sometimes people default on a checking account so much that they end up of Chex Systems. If their name is on there, pretty much no bank will let them open any sort of bank account.
